Okay, we have to take this beyond the resolution state. I think we all want to be successful but we have to get beyond the wanting stage - this means we need to take Action. (Gulp!). We can do it, let's start by being in activity - recommending blogs, books, clubs etc. that keep us pumped. And I'm sorry to have to say this but I think there will be times when we have to incorporate some red, yellow and green into our days. Not to worry though we will always be true blues (unless of course ecademy changes the questions on the color test). So gang, let's get going. Send in uplifting (not mushy) quotes, recommend authors, etc. Even think back, maybe your mother was right about something other than eating your vegetables. Anyway, let the pep rally begin, then we can go out and win the game!

I am in Barrie Ontario Canada where it is a very chilly -22 degrees.
I work for Century 21 as a Real Estate Sales Representative so you can imagine that I need all the positive energy I can find. Even though Canada has not been as hard hit as other countries we are still feeling the effects. I am too stubborn to fail however. My past clients are very happy and provide me with referrals on a regular basis. For that I am very grateful. My energy and my happiness come from my family including my 2 dogs. I love animals and volunteer for the Ontario Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. I also love Rock and Roll!

I'm Jeni Hooper and I've just discovered this club, which is a revelation. I'm a parent coach and child psychologist and I have been working for myself for the past 2 years after 20 plus years in local authorities.
I'm still getting my head around what being High Blue might tell me. Guess I'll need to buy the book James! But I gather I'm a people person, and not a big risk taker. I'll hold up my hands to both of those. Not sure about the dislike of change, as an idealist I've always been keen to change the world and see things come right especially for children. But maybe on a personal level I'm not too attracted to novelty for it's own sake. I've had the same car for 5 years and when it wears out I may get another though perhaps in a different colour.

I saw the invitation to participate in the "quiz" and was not surprised to read the words - signed out and went to bed! Then I thought how lovely to have the opportunity to connect with so many like minded/heart centered people. I no longer consult as a therapist (sabbatical) most of my clients were blues ... in general we are in the minority and I missed them. Maybe this is another way to meet people with similar values and aspirations working beyond healing themselves but putting that knowing, awareness and "love" into the corporate world. Thank you Bashi
Andrew here - and pleased to be a Blue (though I reckon we can all be a bit multicoloured from time to time ).
I have a simple mantra: Life's not supposed to be hard - so I like to spent my time encouraging people to do the stuff they enjoy, which nearly always means stuff they're good at, but that they haven't quite figured out how to make it pay. Hence Opportunity Matrix - tests all the things you could be doing against two dimensions: attractiveness and viability. In other words, "How much do I want to do this?" and "Will I make any money at it?".
What I really love is when someone goes from hating what they do for a living, to eagerly heading off to work because that's what's going to pay to develop their passion project - they haven't changed what they're doing yet, but they found a new reason to do it - not just "I have to 'cos it pays the bills" - that makes it worthwhile.
Some people say chef but that only applies when I am bossing other cooks about....I cook for a living and for pleasure and for research.
I have a small company that provides other chefs and/or butlers for private functions and for corporate gift prizes etc.
I am also a carer to a disabled husband so life is pretty busy.
I am also ENFJ on Myers Briggs and my wealth profile is Trader.
I like working and will not retire until I am dragged screaming into my box.
Some people have a poor opinion of me, but that is only because they don't understand what I am saying. Most people think I am reliable, talented and hard working.
I think I am just ordinary and my only obsession is to not let people down....sometimes I take on a bit too much because of that!

It has been amazing to understand this in great depth since spending time with James, it makes us all so tolerant of other people's insensitivities!! I guess that is just the way some people communicate, it has also helped me to understand why I like who I like and why I like some people but fid them cool! When related to business and clients and past negotiations I can see a great pattern in my life.
