1. I got where I am by sheer determination and a good attitude but also with some great influences.
2. My one best skill is my positive attitude!
3. I enjoy the variety of my work and the appreciation from clients. In fact it mostly doesn't seem like work. I think of work as something that's not always fun to do.
4. The best way to know me is by having a one2one meeting or at the very least a phone conversation!
How do i get to what i am now: I would say is Focus and determination, so focus that i would ignore anything that occurs to me as disempowering, run me down
What are your greatest business skills?
I believe i am good at organising and putting people together for a win-win situation.
What do you enjoy about your work?
I have come a long way to what i am doing now - to be in the healthcare industry. I enjoy talking to people, providing the info they need to get on to the path of health, and seeing their wellbeing and lifestyle improve and altered for the higher good.

Reaching out to others, being cause in the matter and be more visible, i guess.

I am very focussed individual, I persevere until I get there.
Just to Quote my martial arts master, Bruce Lee:" If you want to succeed, you have to work hard, fight, and persevere" I have been building a network recently and also working on future endeavors. My personal life has halted me back, however I am back on track again. I wish to meet great people on ecademy, who can bring me that small push.
Like my father and late mum, I love people, work hard and never back down, always believe in yourself. My dad was an self made man, and I look to him as my example. I hold my respect.
I am very friendly, I like people, always smiling at work. I am so happy where I am today and I will be happier today and I can feel and see that that tomorrow is not far away. I want to give something to my kids.

From time to time those of us who are from the south of the USA tend to think we are on the planet for the sole purpose of being charged to inspire others.

I retired from the field of education in 2000 and promptly became a sustainable farmer.
Over a period of 5 years ( hubby and I ) have brought it to a high business level and still growing.

How did you get where you are?
A very high possibility - started kindergarten lessons at the age of 3 in a mission school. Too young to be among the 4s, 5s and 6s, really. Mind you, not nursery! Got punished for helping others in their written work and defended myself - alone when called to the principal's room )) Daily annoyance of boredom made me more redder than red. Yes - love to learn fast and get things done to standards. It must have turned into a habit nurtured by various opportunities in leading huge groups during schooldays for several years and now in the High Red zone.
Focused, determined, influential and results driven. Leaning towards self-satisfaction with achievements from me or the team.
What are your greatest business skills?
Sell when you need to sell, walk the talk, view a situation at a wider angle and with precautions, motivate people to reach their potential and geared to SMART objectives
What do you enjoy about your work?
I like to be with people - promoting projects and getting results.
I like work that have start date and end date
I like to be creative - adopt new ways of working and with a research approach.
I like challenges and happy to accept other practical ideas with few ding dongs.

Straight to the point and waste no time. Be open, honest and discuss with fair and positive points. Accept consultations with a think forward approach. I am friendly and sincere but do not like hypocrites, 'monkey business' without any plans and being exploited.
How did you get where you are?
You have to fix you an objective and to be persistant. Even others (who are not red!!) denie that you will succeed if you are sure do not compromise.
Be open, honest, fair and sincere. Ethic is a must too.

I like to be independent in my work and to do all from A to Z. Prospection, contacts, explanation of my potentialities, proposal, negotiation, contract, the consulting works, the meeting with many people from different countries,training, finalization of the contract.

I enjoyed a lot my consultant work because I have a lot of travels, I met a lot of interesting people and I discovered a lot of other cultures.I like to see the changes in the same country of the way of life when I reached there in 1988 and now.

It's only living hours after work, when you have no challenge but only to know better the real person.
Life is fabulous it leads us to places that we never believed possible and then we look back and reflect on everything that has been and realise that we are exactly where we should be...there is always a little something that gets in the way and this is what keeps us going...Never give up...

How did you get where you are?
Perseverance, patience and a lot of business acumen coupled with a few other industrial knowledge and street smart thinking. Papers can only get you so far if you dont work smart and tuned to the market needs.
What are your greatest business skills?
I did my very first profiling close to 20 years before and have been updating myself every once in a while. One of the descriptions that (then) my coach shared with was that I could sell the sand to the bedouins and ice to the eskimos. I have never seen myself as a sales/marketing person. I am just good at connecting to individuals, reading the unspoken words and offering creative strategies to satisfy the needs. I have been known to walk in to almost any establishments and straight away identify business opportunities and subconsiously mapping out solutions.
What do you enjoy about your work?
The interaction with other individuals and groups of people, a lot of it! I gives me the utmost satisfaction to know that I have helped their businesses grow with my input strategising from all angles.

Face to face would be the best route. Emails come second close.

How did you get where you are? I was blessed with many talents and use all of them in my work. I was out of work and leaned on myself and my years of experience and knowledge for the answers. It has been many hours and sleepless nights, but it was worth it. I have great products for those with Dementia and Alzheimer's and their caregivers and families. I'm not a millionaire but I love what I am doing and the people I am meeting.
What are your greatest business skills? Listening, knowing people and their needs, creativity and perseverance. Willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done, with quality and on time.
What do you enjoy about your work? I love all aspects of the projects, starting with a concept and watching it turn into in my case puzzles and memory cards. I did my research and testing because I wanted to watch the people reactions when they first see a puzzle and work on it. It has been a very rewarding experience. . .I put a smile on their face and they put one on mine. I hear laughter and they recall some memories. I am a success.

1. How did you get where you are? - Hard work and I took a chance when I was bored of working for someone else. I would have to say that believing in what you do and having enthusiasm in life. Someone once said 99% perspiration 1% inspiration and he was quite clever ;o) (I know that quote was about genius). Edison also said "I never did anything worth doing by accident, nor did any of my inventions come by accident. They came by work."
2. What are your greatest business skills? - leadership and being a salesman.

4. In business how can a person get to know you better? - By talking to me really. I love the permanence of e-mail, but there is nothing better than a good conversation. I was born with 2 ears and 1 mouth, but not a keyboard/mouse or monitor attached to me!!

Over the year I started basic use of the internet struggling and finding my way first on Facebook. Learning what it means to be a

**What is the driving force that enabled this change and the change to come globally?**
There has been an enormous shift over the last year both in consciousness and in governing institutions on the ground. By way of the fact that Obama was elected says it all.
We have been lead to believe that we are ruled by caring institutions, yet when we look back we see another picture all together.
We allow ourselves to be fooled, lulled into this notion that our existence should be led by a self-serving bunch of A-holes( I just coined a new term...they think that they rate A but have no substances there fore the term hole) or simply use your imagination for the other meaning of the word.
The fiscal system is in a downward spiral and those responsible are at a loss as to how to explain the situation and still stay in control or they simply feel they do not owe us an explanation.
How quickly they sanction others when they err.
It has been proven that our very survival is dependent on our creativity.
We don't put into use a percentage of our capability and believe that we have limited energy when in fact we are more powerful than ever imagined. I am not talking about power to compete. I am talking about the untapped power of collaboration for the common good.
We have all the knowledge that we need to make the change, to upgrade our mindset, to pursue and claim the future that we want for ourselves and our future generations.
We need to link arms and form the chain of strength that we all seek in our lives. We are social creatures and need each other first and foremost.
As the new trend states we are human capital...in other words we are the riches that we seek in one another's life.
When someone has a great idea and one dares to progress to make it come about.
What are we told...that we are off our head!
People YOU have got it wrong...we are not off our head...We USE our HEAD.
The attitude that you have in life makes it all possible.

Some of these answers may seem too simple. Life is this simple. I have a successful business I love, that allows me to take time to be with the people I love doing things I love.
