A shocked world mourns MICHAEL JACKSON, the legendary KING OF POP. The planet's greatest pop star tragically died of a cardiac arrest at the age of 50 in L.A. on the 25th of June, just before starting his eagerly awaited tour. Who will ever forget his famous 'moonwalk' and all time faves THRILLER and BAD.
MICHAEL is irreplaceable on the music scene and has been hailed as 'the most influential cult figure of the last 40 years.'

We also mourn beautiful FARRAH FAWCETT-MAJORS who lost her brave battle against cancer last month. FARRAH and her long time love RYAN O'NEAL allowed themselves to be filmed in her last months and she was courageous and dignified till the end. Telly and film fans world wide will never forget the stunning CHARLIE'S ANGELS actress with the mega watt smile and the flowing golden locks that started the most popular hairstyle of the 70s.
Heartfelt condolences to the families and friends of both of these popular and much loved stars.

My delightful publicist CHARLOTTE ELLIS, celeb designer CHARLES SVINGHOLM and talented sculptress MARIA MCDONALD BELL spent a fun evening with me there recently sampling THE CRESCENT's delish bar snacks and exotic cocktails, our faves being the PORN STAR MARTINI and CHOCOLATE MISTRESS!

The ever gorgeous LIONEL BLAIR celebrated 60 years in showbiz last month with a wonderful lunch at the elegant DORCHESTER where suave Banqueting Manager GARETH BUSH and his team titillated our taste buds with all sorts of delish dishes. The event was in aid of ELISABETH FINN CARE and all sorts of celebs including MICHAEL WINNER, SU POLLARD, VICKI MICHELLE and DIANA MORAN talked about LIONEL's amazing life, he intro'd a fab film of himself dancing with the great SAMMY DAVIS JUNIOR and I conducted an auction of generously donated items and memorabilia including lunch with LIONEL himself and a signed RONNIE WOOD print kindly bought by my philanthropic neighbour GRAEME MCCAFFREY. The event was brilliantly organised by the charity and the lovely FRANCOISE PASCAL of MIND YOUR LANGUAGE fame and other celebs attending included JOHN ALTMAN, LORAINE CHASE, JUNE WHITFIELD, LYNSEY DE PAUL, JESS CONRAD, LES DENNIS, ROLF HARRIS, ANITA HARRIS (no relation, she says!), BURT KWOUK, LOUIS MARIETTE and TRICIA WALSH SMITH who was mistaken by the paps for BEVERLY CALLARD (spex on and fireworks up buttocks, boys!)

The best GIG I have been to in ages was the fabulous TALLULAH RENDALL's launch of her stunning new LIBELLUS album at THE CAFE DE PARIS, kindly sponsored by BRIAN STEIN with a bit of help from IVAN VODKA.

TALLULAH herself organised all sorts of fab support acts including sexy EMPRESS STAH and the event was a sellout, attended by TALLULAH's glamorous parents, LADETTE TO LADY star LIZ BREWER and YOU TUBE star CHRISTIAN THE LION's 'dad' JOHN RENDALL, as well as all sorts of beautiful ladies such as starlet LANA HOLLOWAY and Royal author LADY COLIN CAMPBELL and men about town such as CLIVE COLLINS and GRAEME MCCAFFREY.
I reckon LIBELLUS, an eclectic mix of songs with something for everyone, will go platinum. You read it here first, music fans!

Stunning photographer and photographer's agent ANTONIA MOORE last month launched A SUMMER EXHIBITION of beautiful images by legendary and talented snappers BYRON NEWMAN of PLAYBOY fame, SCALLYWAGS' PHIL PENN, FITNESS FIRST's DECARLO OAKLEY and ANTONIA herself at my new fave restaurant UTOPIA, 1 High Street Kensington / 020 7937 0393. The exhibition covers all sorts of subjects from romantic erotica to baby pix, is free to visit and will be up at UTOPIA until the end of the summer.

Thank you for your emails about the amazing new XTREME LASHES, an individual lash extension system, available at the world famous KAMINI SALON, Lancer Square, Kensington / 020 7937 2411. XTREME LASHES was recently voted best of the lash extension systems on GMTV. Lovely LAURA, the lash expert who does my lashes at the salon, is adamant that maintenance is all important if you want to keep your gorgeous new lashes looking as lush as poss for as long as poss. LAURA says you need to have the lashes 'filled in' every couple of weeks and must use the XTREME LASHES products, available from the salon, on them: Xtreme Protective Coating, Xtreme Length Mascara (on the tips only, if you use it at all) and Xtreme Eye MakeupRemover. CELEBRITY BRIDE is a hilarious account of what happens when an 'ordinary' mortal becomes engaged to a super 'celibutt' film star called RUFUS. Whether you are a celeb or an 'ordinary' person you will relate to this book – it's genuinely, laugh out loud, funny and the perfect easy summer beach read. I think it could have been sponsored by HEAT Magazine, which gets mentioned on every other page but, hey, HEAT is also hilarious. HEAT, you may remember, is the mag which got me muddled up with my long lost, 70 year old, 5 foot tall, flame haired cousin SARAH from South Africa. Doubtless an easy mistake to make when you are very busy sponsoring books – allegedly!
