I don't see a problem being highly motivated to achieve personally and help others to do the same!!! Being predictable has its advantages too. Adventure is fun, but predictability helps with planning and measuring success. I'm looking forward to reading about others like myself, and share their experiences. I have had a full life of many various successful endeavors, and I am not about to slow down now. I enjoy managed change and taking on new opportunities and responsibilities to keep life from becoming routine and mundane. I love learning and mastering new skills.
